To help fuel that growth, we are hiring an Executive Partner for Member Acquisition. The Member Acquisition role is an amazing opportunity for a talented CHRO to escape leave the C-Suite but stay firmly in the game in a capacity that amplifies one’s impact on the field of HR and leader’s capability. The Member Acquisition role will be responsible for growing the Gartner for CHRO business by partnering with the Executive Partner CHRO team and sales Sales to identify, engage and demonstrate the value of Gartner for CHRO to prospective CMO’s CHRO’s and other Senior HR executives. The This role will provide some direct client support, but primarilyy function is to focus on helping to shape and manage our prospect pipeline and demonstrate the value of our service and make our product come alive to prospective CHRO’s and their teams via Proofs of Concept (POC).
What you will do:
- Engage with CHRO’s from the world’s leading companies and organizations and make Gartner come alive for them.
- Educate and support Sales on new business opportunities.
- You will actAct as a coach to the Sales Team to help qualify and engage new and current clients and to educate them on the value proposition of the CHRO service, helping to “bring it to life”.
- You will aActively participate in the strategic account planning process to determine growth opportunities.
- You will coConduct Proof of Concept Calls, and help to define prepare Service Kick-Offs (essentially transitioning the clients to a Service Delivery associate Team going forward)
- Whilst While you are not solely responsible for selling the CHRO service, you need to be comfortable in a Sales-led environment and find motivation from being in front of prospects and clients on a regular basis.
- Partner with the Executive Partner for CHRO Team, Sales, Marketing, and Research to develop and engage in the CHRO go-to-market strategy.
- Provide POC reporting; conversion rates, continuous improvement programs and insights as it relates to CHRO growth activities.
What you will need:
- 20+ years working in a senior management role in a HR capacity and 5+ years as a CHRO or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of all aspects of the HR function:
- A history of coaching, presentingpresenting, and collaborating at a senior level (C-level and Board highly preferable)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
