Achieving broad awareness on the site of compliance with QSHE instructions, procedures, customer requirements and statutory regulations in the field of safe working and working conditions. All in accordance with set QSHE (customer) requirements and standards.Je verantwoordelijkheden

- Contribute and propose ideas with regard to the implementation and maintenance of the QSHE systems in order to improve or maintain the quality, (food) safety, health, environment and security of the business operations;
- Carrying out periodic audits and following up on corrective actions from audits, among others;
- Record shortcomings found and make these known to the Site manager and the QSHE Manager;
- Carrying out the activities in accordance with the formulated QSHE policy and using Tool to Improve processes to propose ideas for the national QSHE Strategy;
- Making quarterly reports and reporting them to the Site manager and QSHE Manager;
- Conduct management reviews with the Site manager and report them to the BU QSHE Manager;
- Implementing the local QSHE annual plan (for Quality, Safety & Health, Environment and, if applicable, another local QSHE specialism);
- Providing QSHE training and initiating QSHE consultations on the site;
- Maintaining and expanding effective communication with the various departments, the management team and the customer, striving for continuous QSHE improvements; also initiate continuous improvements with regard to the QSHE system, propose ideas.
- Carry out and follow up on QSHE related projects and assignments on behalf of the QSHE Manager and Site Manager;
- Quality of the security check in accordance with ID Scan / Badge and Key Access protocol, if applicable check camera images & access control;
- If workloads of hazardous substances are present, treat them in accordance with legislation and regulations. Proper storage and monitoring that the MSDS sheets are in place. If you have any questions, please contact DG Manager NL.
Jouw skills en ervaringen
- MBO+ work and thinking level;
- Experience with QSHE;
- If necessary, willingness to follow specific training courses (e.g. 'hazardous substances', pharma, food safety);
- Experienced with the MS Office package;
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken. Dutch is a bonus.
