The Global Content Services organization is responsible for the global processes and technologies for product content management and delivery in Konecranes. We are now looking for an experienced and talented Solution Owner, Component Content Management to join our team and take ownership of this critical area of expertise.
As a Solution Owner for Component Content Management, you are responsible for managing our CCMS component content management system, developing common processes on top of it and ensuring that the solution serves our technical documentation teams’ needs in an ideal way. You will be leading implementation projects and introducing CCMS to new users. You are also responsible that we have an effective end user support process in place. You will be working in very close co-operation with our agile, cross-functional development teams, content creation teams, various business stakeholders, and IT.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Ownership and management of the CCMS component content management system and its overall information architecture
- Implementation of the CCMS for all technical documentation teams and other possible content creation teams globally
- Collecting and analysing development requirements from business stakeholders and turning them into development concepts. Testing and validation of developed functions.
- Project coordination and management
- Training and support
- Stakeholder communications
- You will also have a key role in participating the development of new digital content services and will be supporting the development team with your expertise from the CCMS point of view.
What we expect from you:
- Suitable education: bachelor´s or master´s degree in relevant field (e.g. technical communications)
- In-depth understanding and previous experience of DITA structured information design, XML, and component content management systems
- Preferably you have previously worked in various information design roles (e.g. Information Designer/ Architect, Key User etc.) and gained your technical skills through hands on work.
- Previous experience and understanding of Oxygen XML Editor, Teamcenter (or other PLM systems), Jira and SAP are an asset
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Agile development experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Active, self-driven personality equipped with strong development orientation and a service mind set
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
