Diploma: BSc/BA in Administration or relevant field is preferred
2 years of experience in office administration
What you'll be doing on the job
- Liaise with property management/landlord or vendors if necessary on office issues
- Assist HR & Admin Asst Manager to arrange and organize staff activity
- As a key contributor to operating success in Asia, in collaboration between APAC, countries and external service providers.
- Generate few monthly statement for payment process
- Business trip arrangement and handle meeting agenda
