Human resource manager (HR manager) [Finland]


 

Job Duties:
1. Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding;
2. Developing training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job duties;
3. Maintaining HR systems and processes;
4. Partnering with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives;
5. Ensuring all company HR polices are applied consistently;
6. Determining suitable salaries and remuneration;
7. Scheduling and conducting job evaluations and take action to improve employee's experience;
8. Any other work or assignments given by the Employer from time to time.

11.Requirements:
1)To have at least 8 years of work experience in human resource management;
2)A bachelor degree is required;
3)Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;
4)Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
5)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
37.5 hours per week
