Tasks
- Take the lead of the marketing department, ensuring brand health and maximizing the adoption of qiibee's products.
- Implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies to support the team's and client's goals.
- Demonstrate the return on marketing investment through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics and constantly improve it.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Tech, and Business Development teams to identify, prioritize and create a consistent powerful and awesome message, including presentations and documentation for customers and investors.
- Create customer-centric content and ensure its integration across channels.
- Align the content roadmap with business goals.
- Increase organic traffic acquisition and revenue through SEO.
- Plan trade shows, meetups, and company events.
- Manage PR requests.
- Build and structure the marketing team for future growth.
- Communicate with and respond promptly to audience queries.
The ideal candidate must have...
- Background in awesome tech companies & startups known for their innovation and success
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing/sales, including brand management, marketing communications, and content strategy
- Expertise in multiple marketing channels, including paid, owned, earned, broadcast, and digital
- Skilled in managing and creating content for paid online media
- Advanced qualifications in marketing strategy
- Strong data analysis abilities to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, and ability to thrive in collaborative teams
