Job Description

  • Attend to all customer inquiries through various channel of communication
  • Provide a positive, empathetic, enthusiastic and professional service towards the customer at all times
  • Proficient in company products and services knowledge to provide accurate information to customer in a timely manner as per company regulations
  • Collect feedback and establish a healthy and professional customer relationship
  • Monitor all community comments, complaints and messages and respond accordingly
  • Maintain all work records, transaction and documents
  • Carry out any other related task assigned by the company

Job Requirement

  • Education SPM or higher
  • Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to read and write in Mandarin
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and above
  • Strong learning ability and communication skill
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
