What you´ll do
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Curate, create, edit, publish and promote multimedia content (blogs, articles, videos, visuals, web pages) for internal employee consumption.
- Design and maintain Sharepoint sites.
- Project manage short-term internal projects such as all-hands calls, internal site launches, employee events.
- Document repeatable communications processes such as site maintenance, events setup, organizational announcements.
- Design presentation decks using MS PowerPoint and adhering to SAP’s brand and design standards
- Act as a brand & design role model and advisor to the SAP Signavio P&E team to reinforce SAP Signavio image identity.
- Maintain regular report on communications metrics

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Currently enrolled Student at a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: Media Design, International Communication, Change Management and/or Org Development, Business Administration.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Keen interest in and good eye for design.
- Would be an advantage: Graphic design skills and command of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro and Illustrator in particular). There will be opportunities to develop those skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to strict timelines.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-function, multi-cultural team
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong project management skills.
- Sensitive to organizational needs and focus on delivering inclusive communication materials

SAP Signavio is the leading cloud-based vendor in the business transformation and process management markets, playing a central role in SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise strategy.
At SAP Signavio, you will be part of the Product & Engineering COO team and contribute to our vision to be a role model for process excellence. Your work focus will be on people-related and communications initiatives.
Your Learning & Development Opportunities
There is ample scope to create new communication formats and submit ideas to fill current functional gaps.
What the working student can expect to gain and learn:
- Develop strong understanding of the business process transformation market and the role of Product Development at SAP Signavio.
- Develop broad view of the wider SAP Signavio and SAP strategy, organizational structure, interactions, and collaboration models.
- Hands-on experience of employee communication centered around employee engagement, event management.
- Hands-on experience of creating multimedia content
- Develop network within the SAP Signavio team
- Insight into reporting and business analytics.
