What you will do:
Process, package, and ship orders accurately- Input all data of incoming/outgoing material in ERP and maintain accurate track of material.
- Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory & examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately and check and verify Invoices received with material.
- Responsible for overall Store Management.
- Make storage arrangements for incoming goods.
- Preparation of GRN and handing over incoming materials with GRN to QC dept.
- Maintain adequate store supplies & Stock Reconciliation.
- Management of all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, etc.
- Control the Stock difference between the Physical Stock & System Stock.
- Maintaining stores records like BIN cards, issue slip & stock records
- Maintain tool room as per standard industrial process and manage issue and return of tools.
Requirements
Skills you will need:
Must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in field pertaining to Inventory and/or Supply chain.- Proven work experience in industrial Store management.
- Excellent knowledge on ERP Material Management (Preferably Oracle NetSuite).
Should have:
Experience with startups preferred.- Knowledge base of Bangalore based Manufacturing vendors.
- Good understanding of 5S principles.
Nice to have:
Experience in handling Tool room.
