zooplus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager Inbound Logistics (all genders) to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of projects, improving availability, and enhancing inbound logistics processes at zooplus. In this role you will report to the Director Inbound Logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the Inbound area, and zooplus strategic growth.
Your tasks:
- Own high-impact projects, ensuring exceptional results and alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication among team members
- Drive data-driven decision-making, analyzing project data and metrics
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and implement change initiatives
- Assume program management responsibilities, overseeing multiple related projects and ensuring their coordination and alignment
- MBA/Master's Degree
- 10+ years of working experience, thereof 3+ years in a project oriented role (e.g. consulting, project manager, program manager) - ideally within Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce
- Proven ability to deliver on large and complex projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
- Advanced Excel user
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage diverse stakeholder interests
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and executive stakeholders
