• Job Description

  - Being responsible for scope, analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end- to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs.
  
  

  • Working with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions.

  
  

  • Developing technical presentations and performing customer presentations.

  
  

  • Supporting deployment of solutions and providing feedback to team in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information share.

  
  

  • Staying abreast of new technology/technical areas and sharing information about solutions to enable customer competence to build.

  
  

  • Working in multi vendors' and operator’s environments

  
  

  • In-depth understanding of company security product

  
  

  • Prepare documentation for further reference.

  
  

  • Manage key aspects of the sales cycle including requirements gathering, demos, proof of concept, and product specification.

  
  

  • Troubleshooting client problems, answering questions from customers relating to solutions, and delivering technical enable men.

  
  

  • Build strong consultative relationships with individuals in customer and partner organizations to ensure customer and partner satisfaction.

  
  

  • Communicate customer requirements to product management teams.

  
  

  • Ensure the presentation and sale of the best client solutions.

  
  

  • Acquiring new knowledge. Discover cyber security technology, research, products, and industry trends. Apply this knowledge asset to daily job operations and client incident troubleshooting.

  
  

  • Respond to RFP's and proposals.

• Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Modern Technology degree or higher
  
  
  • Minimum 5 years experienced in network security, end-point security, IT security, cyber security.
  
  
  • Has a certificate in IT security or cyber security (e.g., CISSP, Security+, Pentest+,CISA) will be advantage.
  
  
  • Experience working in a team collaboratively.
  
  
  • Self-Management to prioritize work and self-learning.
  
  
  • Well-developed teamwork habits and communication skills
  
  
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
  • Knowledge in network security equipment (e.g., Firewall, Web application firewall, Anti DDOS, Vulnerability, etc.)
  
  
  • Knowledge in Information Security and IT processes.
  
  
  • Good leadership and Multitasking skill.
  
  
  • Basic understanding PCI Standard, PDPA or IT Security relate standard.
