Job Summary:
This position reports to the VP, Marketing Operations and supports the overall operational efficiency of our creative project workflows, using our project management platform, Asana. This position is responsible for internal tool optimization, process standardization, and workflow management.

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the gatekeeper and point person of incoming creative and production requests for all domestic markets, using our Asana project management platform
- This includes scheduling jobs, moving them through the various stages of development, and assigning the right people at the right time in collaboration with Creative leadership
- Work closely with company stakeholders to understand overall requirements and internal SLAs, ensuring that the department is in compliance
- Work with the creative and production teams to balance the workload, accounting for skill sets, individual speed, vacation, and sick time
- Facilitate creative approvals by routing work to stakeholders for feedback and obtaining appropriate signoffs
- Communicate deadlines and requirements to designers, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities within the current processes
- Identify, review and expedite rush jobs
- Ensure initial job requests have all necessary information and pertinent details
- Track all projects on a project tracker and communicate with stakeholders bi-weekly
- Ensure all tasks are completed/closed and oversee yearend archiving process
- Additional duties assigned as needed
Job Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a marketing, advertising, or design
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative services organization.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management
Skills
- Experience in a project management system or platform, Asana preferred
- Clear understanding of the creative process
- Ability to articulate and understand a variety of different organizational teams’ workflows
- Strong attention to detail, solid time management skills and the ability to multi-task/prioritize
- Organized, efficient, and methodical
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Mac OSX preferred
- Competent in Adobe software applications (i.e., In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator) preferred
