Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in client services, customer success, or related field
- Strong human relations mindset with excellent customer service and empathy skills

- Methodical and planful approach to processes
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize and manage urgent versus important tasks.

- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
