CENT Navigator


 

As a CENT Navigator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services. You will have a human relations mindset, possess strong self-management skills, and have a methodical and planful focus on processes. Additionally, you will be able to multi-task efficiently and possess broad and deep subject matter expertise of our company's products, services, timing, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Demonstrate a genuine customer service attitude, empathy, and proactive servicing skills in all client interactions.
  • Manage urgent and important tasks effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Utilize a methodical and planful approach to processes to ensure that all client interactions are managed efficiently.
  • Demonstrate high attention-to-detail and ensure that all client information and data is accurate and up to date.
  • Possess a broad and deep understanding of our company's products, services, timing, and resources to ensure effective communication and problem-solving with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure that clients' needs are met effectively.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices to improve our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, customer success, or related field
  • Strong human relations mindset with excellent customer service and empathy skills
  • Self-motivated and possess high attention-to-detail.
  • Methodical and planful approach to processes
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, able to prioritize and manage urgent versus important tasks.
  • Deep understanding of our company's products, services, timing, and resources
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment

Pay: $24.00-$26.50
