We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be a part of our team in Czech Republic.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
-Experience in management, operations, and leadership
-Understanding of general finance and budgeting
-Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
-Excellent communication skills
-Reliable and self-motivated
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Advanced Ukrainian/Russian
-English at a good level

Responsibilities:
-Overseeing day-to-day operations
-Creating and managing budgets
-Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts with service partners (rent office, accounting and legal services, etc.)
-Maintaining corporate relationships
-Liaising with Business, Operations and HR departments in HQ office
-Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
-Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
-Managing money handling, accounting, and bank processes
-Control of payroll, payments and mutual settlements under contracts
-Ensuring the timeliness and correct execution of documents, deductions of all taxes
-Creating and timely present of statistical and financial reporting to the company's management
-Hiring, support and mentoring office staff
