Duties and Responsibility

  • Responsible as main interface with more complex customer / product with effective coordination internally in addressing issues
  • Responsible for customer Purchase Order and will liaise with other departments to complete customer Purchase Order.
  • Analyse sales forecast with sales team.
  • Analyse customer demand and customer pull pattern for inventory control at plant and external warehouse.
  • Handling of customer order fulfilment and procurement issues that affects value stream i.e. Review critical part list, Coordinate raw material issues with Procurement Planner in affected Value Stream.
  • Reviewing and managing schedule changes of customer orders, capacity loss, raw material shortages for optimization of production capacity;
  • Ensuring demand loading is timely and accurate;
  • Customer demand analysis and compare with production capacity to plan production.
  • Preparing reports such as delivery performance, attainment report etc.
  • Any other duties as directed and required
  • Involve in Environmental Management System activity adopted by Creative
    Rubber Products Sdn Bhd (ISOl4001)
  • Understand ISO 9001 iF applicable

Competency Requirements

  • Education Level: Diploma or above
  • Experience : At least 2 years experience
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Know how to use SQL system and Microsoft excel etc
