Provides professional nursing to assigned patients in a home care environment. Records patients histories, performs various diagnostics test, administers medications and develops patient home care plans in conjuction with other medical prfessionals. Performs examinations and prescribed procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as neccesary. Observe patients' progress and records observations in patients' medical records. In addition, home care nurse promotes patients' independence by teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications and self-care skills.
- Flexible to handle all types of medical cases.
- Must have at least 1 year to 2 years of work experience.
- Registered Nurse (preferably with DHA License/ Eligibility Letter).
