As a real estate sales agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Dubai real estate market. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Dubai real estate market.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences and provide them with suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of different properties.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers or tenants.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients through networking, referrals, and other sources.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and real estate regulations in Dubai.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients throughout the buying or renting process.
- Collaborate with other team members and real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and persuasive personality.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a fast learner.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Background knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, popular areas, and property types.
- Presentable, flexible, and well-mannered.
- Willing to join immediately.
